Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5pm
Friday: 8am - 2pm

Our clinics remain open and we continue to follow the CDC guidelines as well as information from our local, state and federal agencies.

We now ask that all patients bring and wear a mask for their scheduled appointments

Any patient experiencing fever or flu-like symptoms to include cough, shortness of breath as well as loss of taste and/or smell, must reschedule their appointment with our clinic and are encouraged to contact your primary care doctor

If you have come into contact with anyone who has COVID-19 please stay home for at least 14 days from the time you made contact and self-monitor

Note that our clinics are limiting exam areas to patients only unless the patient requires physical or language assistance.   We recommend all other guests, family members, etc. wait in their vehicles.

Our clinics follow CDC requirements for sanitizing our offices to prevent the spread of infection.  We continue to use CDC recommended products.
